Hatha yoga – A yoga practice in which every Asana is held for several breaths, building strength and improving flexibility.
Power yoga – In power yoga, you move in and out of poses quickly lifting and holding your entire body weight while you are at it. Power yoga keeps you fit physically and mentally. Its also a great cardiovascular excercise .
Trx / Functional training- It is a fitness program that combines a wide variety of functional movements into a timed or scored workout. We do pull-ups, squats, push-ups, weightlifting, gymnastics, running, rowing, and a host of other movements.
High intensity cardio- A combination of various high intensity workouts such as Tabata , Kickboxing, Step Aerobics, Boot camp etc .
Core Workout- Core exercise are exercises that focus on either the stabilzation, endurance or strengthening of the core muscles. Core exercises focus on the abdomen, the lower abdomen and hips, the obliques, stabilizing muslces, the spine and the back muslces, as well as the butt.
